Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 12, 2026
Burak Bekeç, operating as Rocket Rooster Games, is responsible for the information described here. This policy covers Reign of the Dead (com.rocketroostergames.reignofdead) and this support website. Contact: bbekec@hotmail.com.
1. Progress and essential connections
Progress, coins, crystals and refill timestamps, upgrades, hero and weapon choices, tutorial progress and settings are stored on your device. We do not upload your save file. Operating-system backups may separately retain app data under your Apple or Google backup settings.
To verify crystal refill time, the game contacts Google and Cloudflare over HTTPS and reads the response date. It sends no save data, player account or advertising ID in these requests; a random one-use value prevents cached responses. These services receive your IP address and ordinary connection metadata. Consent services and SDK configuration requests may also process technical information needed to provide privacy choices and operate the requested services.
We do not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. The game does not ask you to supply your real name, email or payment details. Virtual coins and crystals are game items, not money.
2. Optional play statistics — Google Analytics for Firebase
When Play statistics is enabled and your regional privacy choices permit measurement, Google processes game events such as wave starts and results, tutorial steps, recruitment, support use, rewarded crystals and upgrades, together with app-instance identifiers, app/device characteristics, operating system, language, session information and approximate region derived from network information. We use reports to understand difficulty and improve the game. We do not set a player account ID or send your name, email or save file. Our Analytics configuration disables advertising personalization signals and advertising consent categories.
3. Optional technical reports — Firebase Crashlytics
When Crash reports is enabled and the regional privacy choice permits it, Google processes crash/exception details, stack traces, app and operating-system versions, device characteristics and installation identifiers. Reports may include limited game context: wave, game state, hero type and weapon type. We use these reports to identify and fix faults. In version 1.0.2 and later the in-game setting defaults on, but collection remains disabled until the regional privacy decision permits it. Turning it off takes full effect for crash collection after restarting the game.
4. Advertising — Google AdMob
Interstitial ads may appear at natural breaks between completed waves, subject to frequency limits. They do not interrupt active combat. We may preload an eligible ad during play so a slow connection does not hold up the next wave. Rewarded ads start only when you press the relevant watch-ad button. Completing a crystal ad earns one crystal; completing a continue ad resumes the lost wave once per attempt, from wave 6 onward. Closing an ad without earning its reward adds nothing. Crystals can also be exchanged in the main menu at a rate of one crystal for 100 coins.
When eligible ads are requested or displayed, Google and the advertising providers shown in the consent message may process your IP address, approximate location, device/app information, ad views and interactions, diagnostic information and device or advertising identifiers where permitted. This supports ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, only where permitted by your choices and applicable law, personalization.
After you press Play, Google’s User Messaging Platform checks whether a regional consent message is required. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the message offers consent, refusal and detailed choices. You can reopen required advertising privacy options in Settings → Privacy → GDPR & Ad Choices → Manage. If the regional check failed, this control retries it. An ad may be unavailable if consent requirements are not met or the service is unavailable; you can still play.
On iOS, the system’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is separate. We request it after the applicable consent flow. Denying ATT does not prevent gameplay. You can change it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Version 1.0.2 also offers an iOS Settings button under Settings → Privacy → iOS Tracking (ATT). Apple does not allow us to show its permission prompt again after you have answered it. Returning to the game applies the current tracking permission. ATT authorization does not override a regional refusal or your in-game opt-out.
5. Optional Meta (Facebook) measurement
Versions offering Meta measurement use the Meta/Facebook SDK to measure the effectiveness of advertising for this game. Its in-game setting defaults on from version 1.0.2 and is separate from Google play statistics. Earlier versions require manual activation. The SDK remains disabled until the Play-screen privacy flow finishes and regional requirements are met. Where prior consent is required, Meta must be included in your granted provider choices; on iOS, ATT must also be authorized. Meta may receive app activation and selected gameplay events, app/device information, IP address and permitted identifiers, and may associate them with information it holds to measure advertising. The game does not offer Facebook login or request your Facebook profile, friends, email or contacts.
Automatic event logging and advertising-ID collection start disabled. You can turn Meta measurement off in Settings → Privacy; our app then stops submitting new Meta events. Events already transmitted remain subject to Meta’s policies and your applicable rights.
6. Support and this website
If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate issues and handle privacy requests. Please avoid sending passwords, verification codes or unrelated personal information. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store correspondence.
Google Firebase Hosting serves this website and processes IP addresses and request metadata for delivery, security and abuse prevention. The site itself contains no analytics script, advertising pixel, cookies or login.
7. Reasons, recipients and international processing
We use local game data and essential technical requests to provide the game you request and maintain its reliability and integrity. Optional analytics, crash reporting and Meta measurement rely on your choice and, where required, consent. Ad processing follows your regional consent and platform permissions. Support, security and legally required records rely, as applicable, on responding to your request, legitimate interests and legal obligations.
Information is processed by the providers named above and any ad partners disclosed in the consent form; it may also be disclosed where legally required. We do not sell player lists. Advertising-related processing can be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Refuse optional ad purposes or use the available privacy choices to limit it. Service providers may process data outside your country using applicable safeguards, such as contractual transfer protections.
Provider information: Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy, Google partner-data use, Meta Privacy Policy, Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
8. Retention and security
Local progress remains until you reset or remove app data; device backups can remain separately. Our Analytics user/event retention is set to 2 months, without restarting the period on new activity. Changes to this setting can take 24 hours to apply; aggregated reports may remain longer. Crashlytics begins deleting crash data and associated installation identifiers after 90 days. Ad and Meta information follows the relevant provider’s retention policies and purposes. Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve your request, normally no longer than 12 months after resolution, except for legal, dispute or security needs.
We use HTTPS and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
- Use Settings → Privacy to control optional statistics, crash reports and, where available, Meta measurement. The existing Google privacy message supplies regional choices. Use GDPR & Ad Choices to review or withdraw applicable consent, and the iOS Settings button to change ATT. In-game switches can disable the respective service even when regional consent has been granted.
- Use Settings → Factory reset to erase local progress and settings, or remove the app’s data. This does not automatically erase reports already held by service providers.
- To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object where applicable, email bbekec@hotmail.com. Tell us the game, request type and relevant context; do not send passwords. We may need enough information to verify and locate the data. There is no player account to look up by email, and we may be unable to identify pseudonymous reports from an email address alone.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We respond within applicable legal time limits, normally within one month. Depending on your location, you can complain to your data-protection authority. See also data deletion instructions.
10. Children and changes
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We will address the request and remove information where required.
We update this policy when services or practices change and seek additional consent where required. The date at the top identifies this version. For questions, contact Rocket Rooster Games / Burak Bekeç at bbekec@hotmail.com.
