Reporting a problem
Please include your device model, iOS or Android version, game version, the wave number, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot or short screen recording helps, but please remove personal information first.
Never send passwords, payment card details, or verification codes.
Progress and saved games
Your progress, coins, upgrades and settings are saved on your device. There is no player account or cloud save, so deleting the app or using Settings → Factory reset removes your progress. Device backups (iCloud or Android backup) may restore it, depending on your backup settings.
Crystals and the recovery timer
Crystals refill over time. To keep the timer fair, the game checks the current time online. If you see “Check connection”, connect to the internet and try again; time that passes while the game is closed is counted once the time can be verified.

For questions or deletion requests concerning support messages or optional service data, write to the address above with the subject “Reign of the Dead Privacy Request”. See Your choices and rights.
